• Every farm is different. Every producer has different needs, and the 1300 Series has a wide variety of configurations to meet them. You can choose from side-pull and center-pull options, cutting widths from 9 to 16 feet, and a variety of conditioner options.

• Allows the mower to swing behind the tractor for centerline road transport.

• A single gearbox drives both the cutterbar and the conditioner rolls for lower power requirements.

• Dual springs on both sides of the 1359 allow you to fine-tune the header flotation on the ground. This allows you to better follow the terrain and get a better cut.

• The New Idea cutterbar is designed with a hex shaft driving the discs through a pair of crown gears. It allows for quick disassembly, reducing operating costs. It's also designed to absorb the shock of hitting an obstruction, reducing the risk of damage.

• Conditioner rolls are tensioned by a spring connected to a roller chain on each side of the header, increasing efficiency and reducing wear.

• The RazorEdge cutterbar has a low-profile spur gear design for efficient power transfer to the discs.

• Movable swath wings and swath board allow for precise windrow width.

• Options for conditioners include steel on steel (ideal for heavy crops and crimping plant stems instead of crushing them) and rubber on steel (less aggressive than steel on steel for light crops).

• A heavy-duty cast gearbox transfers power from the right angle gearbox to the conditioners.

• Conditioner rolls are tensioned hydraulically by an industry-exclusive system to provide even and consistent pressure on both sides of the top conditioner roll. The system bleeds the lift circuit pressure with a needle valve to set the desired pressure.

• A center-pivot tongue allows the mower to operate on either side of the tractor and follow behind during road transport.

• Independent springs on each side adjust ground pressure for even terrain following and clean cutoff.

• Removable panels on each end of the header frame allow for easy access during maintenance.
